Skin Basket is an online store for premium dermatological products selling directly to end customers across the United Arab Emirates.
Our range of products will be sourced from leading manufacturers of skin, hair and facial care treatments from around the world including for example, Vichy, Ducray, La Roche Posay, QV, and Avene.
We aim to be the most competitive source of premium treatments for our customers in the United Arab Emirates.
Products & Services
Skin Basket will sell premium products from top tier cosmetics and pharmaceutical companies including La Roche Posay, L’Oreal, Ducray, and Avene among others.
Products will include premium hair and skin products that do not require a prescription and could otherwise be bought over the counter in stores.
Target Market
Our initial target market is focused on the United Arab Emirates. As of July 2020 the UAE’s estimated population totalled approximately 10 million people and has a growth rate of 1.5%. Skin Basket’s wide product offering and mission to serve all people means we will not depend on any specific demographic and will therefore target the full UAE population. However, in our experience the most likely customers are to be men and women between ages 25-64 – that amounts to a target market of 7.6 million individuals.
Our longer-term ambition is to expand into other countries in the Middle East and North Africa however, we do not have any immediate action plan in this regard.
